How to Play "Zen Master" Basketball

When I work on these videos, I try to get them done in one take - no cuts, no edits, etc. Today, I actually had to take two takes because I was thinking too much trying to get the video right, similarly to how on the basketball court, we can get stuck in thought, and therefore make more mistakes.
