After taking maternity leave for the birth of her first child Penny Grant (Shaw + Smith) returned to work only to find her role as Group Sommelier had changed. While grappling with parenthood and a role that wasn’t as fulfilling as she had been used to, the pandemic landed and gave her a chance for change.
