Tom Sarafian - Hummus heart

While working as an apprentice at Melbourne's famous Stokehouse Restaurant Tom Sarafian discovered Greg Malouf's cookbooks and was thrilled to see the traditional cuisine of his Armenian-Egyptian grandparents being presented with such modern finesse.
