#0054 – Building a Fraternity of Excellence with Zachary Small

Today I’m talking with Zachary Small. He is a Navy veteran turned entrepreneur and like my last guest, Jason Helmes, he has built a powerful online community. But, he has also built a tribe that gets together in real life as well. It’s called the Fraternity of Excellence of which I am a member. It’s a group of men dedicated to becoming better fathers, better husbands, and better men. Zac helps men take control of their lives and become the leader they were meant to be in their marriages, their families, and their communities. He focuses on masculinity, marriage, and fatherhood and ways men can become their absolute best. He has helped hundreds of men turn their lives around and become better versions of themselves.
