Today, I’m joined by Eric Bort and we're talking about Building a Great Business. Eric is the founder and CEO of Clearly Trained, an eLearning agency he started in 1998 at the age of just 19. Over the years both his mindset and business grew to a point where the freelancer model no longer worked and he started hiring. His success is due in part to treating staff well, allowing them to be adults, and using their creative insights to solve the toughest challenges.
