Today, I’m joined by Constance Dierickx, and we're talking about Meta-Leadership. Constance, also known as The Decision Doctor®, is relied on by top leaders when they’re faced with consequential high-stakes decisions. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, focusing on decision science and crisis intervention. She has worked with leaders at organizations including IBM, AT&T, The CDC, Lincoln Financial Group, and COX Enterprises.
