Today I’m joined by Ryan Ramsey, and we're talking about Leading like a Submarine Captain. Ryan is the former Captain of the Royal Navy submarine HMS TURBULENT. He was also the Commanding Officer of the Royal Navy’s Submarine Command Course, which is the school for naval officers preparing to take command of a submarine. All in all, Ryan spent 23 years as a submarine officer in the Royal Navy, and I’m excited to have him on the show to talk about the leadership lessons he learned in his career.
