Today, I’m joined by retired Brigadier General Stephen Iacovelli, and we're talking about How to Lead People. Stephen enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1984 and served for 39 years. He was commissioned in 1989 and commanded at all levels, from Platoon to Division. Prior to his retirement, he served as Commanding General of the 94th Training Division and Deputy Commanding General of the Combined Arms Support Command at Ft. Lee, VA. I’m excited to have him on the show to learn from his deep experience in leading men and women in the military and his knowledge of How to Lead People.
