Today, I’m joined by Brian Lillie, and we're discussing what it means to Listen, Learn, then Lead. Brian is a United States Air Force veteran and a globally recognized transformational leader with more than 20 years of C-Suite experience in the technology space. Brian wears many hats. He has been known as “Coach Lillie” for the past 18 years and is a former All-Star pitcher for the Giants’ Fantasy Camp leagues. Brian was pursuing a PhD in leadership from Pepperdine University before he was recruited to join Rackspace as their new president.
