For the past 40 years, Paul has been a student and teacher of leadership concepts. He has been a college professor, coach, human resources executive, parent, and grandparent. Which helps leaders determine the right balance for leading their teams. I’ve always said that leadership is a balance, and oftentimes, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing.
