073: Japanese Common Sense that Does Not Work in America

18 Sep 2018

Description

Have you ever felt frustrated because people in US are not considerate?    This is a common experience that people can have because of the cultural differences because of the individualistic and collectivistic culture.  People from collectivistic cultures, yes, Japan is one of the countries, see a group as an important value. On the other hand, people from individualistic cultures see or think things from an independent point of view.    I have been living in the US for over 15 years and I have faced so many different cultural barriers. Yes, it was painful but because of these experiences, I have learned a lot and gained a skill of seeing things from a different perspective!      Find out more from www.herconfidenceherway.com
