Have you ever felt frustrated because people in US are not considerate? This is a common experience that people can have because of the cultural differences because of the individualistic and collectivistic culture. People from collectivistic cultures, yes, Japan is one of the countries, see a group as an important value. On the other hand, people from individualistic cultures see or think things from an independent point of view. I have been living in the US for over 15 years and I have faced so many different cultural barriers.
