4. 決める力。Decide Already What You Want

This episode is about the power of 決める力 .   The moment you decide what you truly want before the world tells you what's possible. I share a story about my daughter, a young gymnast who injured her ankle the night before her qualifying competition. She couldn't walk, yet she had already decided she was going to the state championship. Her clarity shaped everything, even the way we spoke to the doctor, not from a place of "can she?" but "how can she?" Watching her compete through pain taught me something deeper: When you already decide what you want, your actions, conversations, and mindset align to that truth. Even when it hurts. Even when it's uncertain. This episode is a reminder that: ✔️ Don't stay in the victim mindset. ✔️ Know what you want before you seek advice. ✔️ Take action from that decision — not from doubt. Because once you decide, everything else starts to align. 決める力。 それがすべてを動かす。 娘は大会前日にケガをして、歩くことさえできなかった。 でも、彼女の心はもう決まっていた。 「私は州大会に出る。」 その"決める力"が、会話も、行動も、結果も変えた。 医師との会話も「出られますか？」ではなく、 「ケガをしていても出るにはどうしたらいいですか？」に。 彼女はできることだけをやりきり、 最後の順位で呼ばれた。 でも、その笑顔は誰よりも輝いていた。 Last place on the scoreboard.
