In this episode, Amanda talks openly and honestly about some of the areas in which shame has come up for her in the world of sex and sexuality. She creates an open invitation to invite listeners to begin to question their shame stories as she deepens in the topics of open relationships, sexual encounters and stories of what is 'dirty' and disgusting in sexual encounters. This episode, in particular, Amanda speaks into past stories around where she has felt shame around her period. She shares many personal stories of how this has shown up in her life and how she's finally moved through the period shame story nearly 10 years later.
