Despite the holiday cheer, Christmas time is traditionally a time that creates stress and anxiety for many as they often are confronted by the pressures of giving the perfect gift. In our society, we've placed incredible value on the gifts that are exchanged during this time of year yet with so much emphasis on giving the perfect gift, we miss out on giving what matters most. The gift that is invaluable and a gift that is often overlooked and far too often not given. This is a short episode Amanda was inspired to create while on her 2-week social media/internet fast; recorded from the rooftops of her terrace in India watching the sunrise between the palm trees on Christmas morning.
