14: MURDER: Officer Kevin Brame

On the night of November 1, 1999, Kevin Brame, a 31-year-old police officer, dropped his two sons off at his estranged wife’s house in Dayton, Ohio. As Kevin walked back to his car, an assailant stepped out of the bushes near his car and shot him in the back of the neck with a shotgun.
