Today, Libby talks with Katie Newton.  Katie Newton is a registered, licensed dietitian nutritionist and a group fitness instructor from a small southern town called Dothan (dough-then), Alabama. She has worked as a dietitian for 7 years and is extremely passionate about helping women get their bodies back with a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition to promote weight loss. She began in two clinical settings but broke free 3 years ago to pursue a combination of fitness and nutrition with Orangetheory Fitness and private nutrition practice. She loves helping the busy, working woman understand macros and metabolism for what is "real life" in your 30s and beyond.
