In today’s episode, Libby Rothschild interviews Dietitian Boss Devika Sharma. Devika is a registered dietitian who currently holds a position as a renal dietitian in an outpatient hemodialysis unit. She is the face behind @nutritionbydevika and the founder of One More Bite Nutrition, a nutrition consulting company specializing in portion control methods and in all foods fit approach for weight management. With close to a decade of work experience, she has been working with people to understand the importance of balanced eating. This has made her an aspiring health coach in the industry as she continues to support sustainable weight goals while enjoying a variety of foods that accommodate different lifestyles. She is also the co-author of the book The Healthy Indian, a cookbook designed to enjoy classic Indian meals while meeting nutrition goals.
