Our Differential Diagnosis of House MD season 2 continues with our analysis of the second episode, Autopsy. Autopsy features Gregory House tackling the mysterious case of a 9 year old with terminal cancer, who has recently started hallucinating, but it's not connected to her original cancer diagnosis. In this darkly comic episode, we'll be discussing Gaz's theory on House contemplating his own suicide via the patient's optimistic outlook on life, and that very creepy kissing scene between Chase and the patient (who is a child). So as usual, let's crack out the whiteboard and begin our differential diagnosis of House MD!
