this one's a heavy one but one we know so many can relate too; in this ep we're talking all about parentification, a very common theme in the lives of south asians, otherwise known as 'growing up too fast'. we get into all the signs and symptons we recognized that helped us label ourselves as parentified, our personal experiences, and what we're doing nowadays to help ourselves heal and recover through the process.
