Jay Millar is a Belfast barber who openly shares his journey online about grief, addiction and a traumatic childhood.  He is now using his online presence as a way to help others both virtually and in person. He volunteers at a Belfast homeless shelter and hopes that his actions and guidance can help change the lives of others.  In this episode we talk about his traumatic childhood, foster homes and how he dealt with the tragic loss of his only sibling at such a young age.
