Martin Booth is the owner of The Corner Bakery based in Cookstown. The Corner bakery supplies to over 100 stores all over the country and has a strong workforce of over 50 staff. He makes over one million sausage rolls a year. I am going to let martin tell you all about his journey but the one thing I have noticed about him through our recent work together is that he is hardworking, passionate, and determined but mostly respectful toward everyone he works with.  To me, this is a trait that can’t be learned and something which I hold him in very high regard for.
