Giving up is not an option.

When we are faced with challenges and the ever-changing business landscape we can often feel deflated, defeated, and like we want to give up. This is not an option. We can't give up. We have to fight hard for our businesses and our families therefore growing resilience and learning ways to keep coping is key.  In the podcast, I give some quick tips and advice on how I have grown resilient with every challenge I face.
