Episode 14 // Being Present Through the Holidays

Hello my friends, I don’t know how it came up so quickly but the holiday season is in full swing and this year will not be like other years. I wanted to talk about being present for the holidays this year and how to show up differently. Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the decorations but more importantly, I LOVEEEEE our traditions. We have traditions we do as an immediate family and traditions we do with our extended family and this year will be different to say the least.  As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I always need to remind myself to slow down around the holidays and soak it all in.
