Dirty Linen - A Food Podcast with Dani Valent

Jason Chang (Melbourne City Councillor & Calia) - small business representation

15 Dec 2020

Description

Our week focusing on representation in hospitality continues. We chat with Jason Chang, a new councillor for the City of Melbourne. Jason owns Calia restaurants in the city and Chadstone and believes that small business needs great representation in the political sphere - especially now, during a pandemic. As well as advocating for hospitality, Jason is proud to represent the city's Asian population and will stand tall to fight the racism that his community experiences. https://calia.co Follow Dirty Linen on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/deepintheweedspodcast/?hl=en Follow Dani https://www.instagram.com/danivalent Follow Deep In The Weeds on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/deepintheweedspodcast/?hl=en Follow Rob Locke (Executive Producer) https://www.instagram.com/foodwinedine/ Follow Huck (Executive Producer) https://www.instagram.com/huckstergram/
