Marika Oost - undoing and rebuilding

For 30 years, Marika Oost has been in kitchens, including a period as Karen Martini's head chef at Melbourne Wine Room. She often struggled with the culture and expectations of the industry, finally leaving it - and her own children - for her own mental health.
