Shiree Pilkinton founded Ballarat social enterprise cafe A Pot Of Courage because the migrant women in her circle were talented and capable but faced barriers to employment. Founded just before COVID struck, it's been one challenge after another - even so, the perspective and resilience of the Pot family is inspiring and energising.
