What is resilience? How can you cultivate more of it? Why is this even important? I share why it is important to build resilience on a consistent basis to enhance your ability to handle life’s challenges with more ease. We discuss three main categories of building resilience, having grace when you fall into an old pattern of unhealthy coping strategies and we end with a deep dive in actual practices you can start today to build resilience that is both easy and scientifically proven. Once you listened to the podcast, I invite you to put pen to paper and reflect on the following: What is one tool you will integrate into your daily practices to cultivate resilience in your life? List three circumstances that were challenging and helped you build resilience (and have gratitude for the lesson rather than resentment for the struggle).
