Episode 37: Activate the Divine Feminine Hypnosis

It is a gentle invitation to feel safe to surrender, arrive in the now, and be open to receiving. What is hypnosis?  It is not what you may think. It is definitely not what you have seen on TV or on stage. It is NOT mind control, you will not do anything you morally don’t agree with and you most definitely won’t become a clucking chicken. Hypnosis is simply focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to suggestions. In this case, your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed to feel safe to open and receive divine downloads. This is a way for you to strengthen your intuition, and connect to your spirit guides and your higher self.  What are binaural beats?  Binaural beats are an auditory illusion caused by listening to two tones of slightly different frequencies. The difference in frequencies creates the illusion of a third sound; a rhythmic beat. Neurons in the brain then begin to send electrical messages at the same rate as the imaginary beat. In this case, delta waves were used which are linked to reducing stress, and anxiety and improving relaxation. How to prep?  Get yourself all comfortable in a position where you can truly surrender and have your body relaxed.
