Back again at my favourite place Kunzum Cafe, to record my in person podcast with Anisha Motwani.Anisha Motwani as I know her is a lady who has stormed many norms, and has been instrumental in disrupting and rebuilding brands as an independent Brand, Digital & Innovation Consultant, and Founder of Storm the Norm Ventures. She is also author of the book with the same title, "Storm the Norm" – a first-of-its-kind collection of contemporary stories of truly inspiring businesses and brands from India that either wrote or rewrote the norms of their respective industries.Anisha very confidently says "If you love your brand; set it free". They are like babies, give them the right purpose, and the right value system and then see them blossom.She works very passionately in the space of women empowerment and insists that every woman should make herself and her work visible without blurring the roles. As per Anisha when we work whole heartedly and authentically, our personal brand gets built naturally and organically, just we need to be believe in our unique voice to get noticed in the clutter.There is a lot of personal and professional experiences and learnings that Anisha has shared without mincing any words.
