As we roll into this new year, I really believe that there are two types of people; goal setting, diary buying, new year resolutioners, or the more pessimistic people who wholeheartedly decide that a new year doesn't mean too much and isn't going to change very much. I know what one I am, and I know that one year I made that decision to just do the damn thing! (start my biz) and it was that moment and determination that got me to where I am today.
