Ross shares his journey from studying at Durham University and joining a large corporate organisation, working in management and consultancy, to becoming an entrepreneur. He explains how twenty years of corporate experience laid the foundations for his new venture, and how a mentor helped him unlock the strengths he already had to become a successful entrepreneur.
