De zelfscankassa: handig als je weinig tijd hebt, maar als je gecontroleerd moet worden roept dat bij sommige mensen agressie op. Supermarktmedewerkers krijgen allerlei termen naar hun hoofd geslingerd zoals trekpaard, zelfscanslet en bitch. Vakbond FNV wil de zelfscankassa om deze reden tegen het licht houden. Is het beter om er misschien helemaal mee te stoppen?
