It’s the second leading cause of death in children aged 1 to 15. My next guest, Dr. Graham Snyder (Emergency Medicine) grew tired of having painful conversations about the consequences of drowning with grieving parents. He developed the Seal SwimSafe System, which is a monitoring system that alarms parents and other adults if their child is underwater too long. His product has been featured in The New York Times, The Today Show, and Newsweek. On this episode, Dr. Snyder and I discuss the invention process and learning how to be taken seriously by investors.
