Today, in anticipation of its second season, Asif and Ali discuss the hit Apple TV+ show ‘Severance’ (1:49). They discuss the development of the show, creator Dan Erickson and producer/director Ben Stiller. After several tangents the guys go over the cast, including Adam Scott, the plot and the production design of the show. They give their overall thoughts on season 1 and then Asif discusses the first episode of season 2. Then Ali asks Asif about memory (34:35). Asif talks about how memory is organized, the different types of memory and why forgetting is often due to a lack of attention. He then discusses different types of amnesia. After discussing why we make so many errors with our memory, Asif then discusses what we can do to improve our memory.
