No One Should Be Poor

I have always believed that no one should be poor, and the reason why some people are poor is because they are lazy. In reality, there are people who are hard workers and yet end up being poor when they finally retire.  Why does this happen?  Is it because God destined some of us to become poor?  Do you know that this is contrary to what God said in Deuteronomy 15:4, "There will be no poor among you since the Lord will surely bless you in the land you are to possess."  This message will explain how to avoid this pitfall.
