Miami Dolphins Tales From The Deep A Warren, Ohio native, Ralph Stringer put together an All-American resume at NC State as a defensive back and kick returner before a freak injury derailed his playing career. After hanging up his cleats for good, Stringer began another all-star career, this time in the sports marketing industry. It was during this new journey that a young Ralph Stringer met a young Dan Marino and a lifetime friendship and business relationship was forged.
