He's baaaaaack! That's right, Mark Waid returns for his third solo interview to chat with us about Absolute Power, the huge summer crossover that touches virtually every corner of the DC Universe. Mark is the architect of the project and writer for the central miniseries, the first issue of which comes out TODAY (7/3) with frequent collaborator Dan Mora on art duties. But the basic gist is that, after the "House of Brainiac" storyline, Amanda Waller recruits Failsafe and Brainiac Queen to aid her mission to neutralize the powers of every metahuman on Earth.
