Alpha

Today on the show we're kicking off this week's topic, which is the Male Experience. I'm taking this as an opportunity to share my thoughts on being a male in today's world of social change, media perception, what men should take more responsibility for and that being a man is still something to be proud of and respected as long as you're being respectful of the people in your life. Specifically today we're talking alpha males and the perception of alpha males actually being a beta male experience. Beta males are typically more boastful and do so due to their insecurities. It's a vie for status in a world that doesn't require it so intensely but we partake in it anyway because of our natural primal tendencies. Frankly, being alpha takes work but not as much as you think.
