During this very important #blacklivesmatter movement there has been a struggle with identifying how we can best support others and ourselves in the midst of this movement. One of those very important ways is to ground ourselves within our sense of self. That means that if we are not honoring who are and grounded in who we are it becomes very difficult to provide the support we can for others.
