Targeting Depression in Marketing

Today on the show we're talking about celebrating the 200th episode of the show! It's been a long journey to get this point and I wanted to celebrate that with a whole lot of thank yous!We're also talking about targeting depression in marketing. Many life coaches, health and wellness types and amateur mental health speakers can misinterpret depression as sadness, guilt, lack of motivation and grief. So, marketers see that as an opportunity for change and start using phrasing like "I can cure your depression" which is a very dangerous phrase.
