The Importance of Documenting Our Stories

Today on DOPEamine we're talking about the importance of documenting your story. Each one of us has a unique story to tell, a story that is often driven by the context of our circumstances. Stories don't have to literally be words...they can be paintings, drawings, sculpture, etc. but they are relics of our time here on earth. Our stories are signals for our future selves and for future generations to know what to look out for, to not feel so alone, and seek guidance when lost in difficult times.
