In this episode I speak to my troubles with self-talk, worthiness, body dysmorphia and body image, as well as what I've done to mitigate the harmful effects. Negative self-talk can be a symptom of trauma, though not one that is unable to shift. I dive deeply into what has worked for me, telling stories of a few journeys where my self-talk didn't aid me and was more than false.
