The Mind-Body connection is what keeps us in balance. When we are going through health issues with our body, the attitude and perception of the health issue has everything to do with how well we heal. Stress is our biggest enemy. It can tear down our immune system (white blood cell count) and make us vulnerable to every kind of illness. When our body is not taken care of, our mind becomes insecure and takes on enormous guilt and shame. To no longer fit into what we once wore, is a wake-up call that we are unfit from the inside out. We will reveal how this balance works and how to restore balance to our lives. We will get right to the point and have some fun doing it.
