6. Loving in the Light

God’s Word promises that when nothing else will work in our relationships, walking in love is the only possibility. Sadly many people apply what they consider to be love, but it turns out to be enabling or some other destructive substitute for love. One of the greatest revelations about the commandments of the Old Testament is they were never meant to be a list of laws and regulations. According to Jesus they are the basis for how we should treat one another, i.e. God’s prescription for loving one another.
