She was once known as Miss Fit Vegan and spoke at some of the biggest vegan events with a large following, personal brand, and coaching business helping women accomplish fitness goals on a vegan diet. After a year and half of 100% vegan, she noticed her health starting to seriously decline and has since spent a year on a mostly carnivore keto diet repairing her health and facing massive criticism from her vegan followers while being courageous enough to be transparent about her story.
