She is a global coach, counsellor and advisor focused on supporting individuals, families and organisations in times of change.Justine applies a strengths-based approach to all her work, in addition to evidence-based techniques including Positive Psychology, Solutions-Focused Coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She is also a certified Brené Brown Daring Way™ Facilitator and incorporates the methodology in a lot of her sessions.If you haven't heard of Brene Brown, I would google her and check out her stuff, she is very well known and respected around the world.On top of this Justine works with young people and also has 3 kids in school so she is well aware of the difficulties this generation faces.In this episode we talk about her life travelling around the world, living in Japan and other asian countries, learning languages whilst woking and studying.
