The team at Drunk Women Solving Crime LOVE a mash-up, and this week's episode is a mash made in heaven, as we join forces with Chris, Helen, and James from the wonderful Empire Film Podcast to bring you, DRUNK WOMEN EMPIRE!Luckily the London Podcast Festival was able to provide a stage big enough for six members of the force to solve a film-based crime, and it was a natural meeting of minds, as not only can the Drunk Women and Empire teams combine incredible sleuthing skills with encyclopaedic film knowledge, but each podcast boasts an inhouse impressionist. Regular listeners to DWSC will be familiar with the format, although there are a couple of twists - for which we won't give any spoilers - but as always, we hear from the audience who have their own crimes that need solving, one of which could see us all in court as accessories - how exciting! We hope you enjoy this merger as much as we enjoyed merging, if you do, why not give it a review?
