Duke Basketball Roundup

DBR Bites #86 - Wrapping our heads around the weird from the Wolfpack win

28 Jan 2025

Description

What was that game?! Donald and Jason hop on almost immediately after Duke beat NC State to discuss all the ancillary weirdness that attached itself to this game. From the weird (Khaman Maluach losing his lunch) to the wild (Tyrese Proctor being saved from falling out of bounds by Kon Knueppel holding his leg down) to the downright scary (a fan passing out in the stands), we decided to jump on for a few minutes to talk about those things. The actual basketball game action will be recapped on Tuesday, so submit your headlines to our email (DBR Podcast at Gmail dot com). But this is 15 minutes of recapping the weird non-basketball moments of this game. Somehow, Duke is still unbeaten in the ACC, but we’re left not knowing how quite to fully process this win.
