Today on the show... The departing Westlake Boys High School Principal of 15 years David Ferguson, who in my view has turned a good school into a world beater. And boy he will be a loss, 15 years as the principal 21 as a teacher at the school. He is off to be chief exec of the teachers institute, a new organisation he founded set up to train teachers. And boy do we need good teachers. Could his new institute be the answer to our teachers shortage and could he produce new world class teachers? He joins to chat about it.
