Hugh van Cuylenburg is the Founding Director/Facilitator of the world renowned Resilience Project. If you have been living under a rock and haven't heard of the Resilience Project, it's one of the biggest mental health and wellness programs running in Australia at the moment. They connect through presentations, wellbeing journals, school curriculum, teacher diaries and their own app. Also many of you would be aware of The Resilience Project book which is one of the best reads I’ve come across and im sure you'll want to have a listen after todays episode! The Resilience Project also works with some of the biggest sporting teams and athletes all across Australia, Steve Smith, Dustin Martin & Billy Slater are just a small sample of some of the genuine superstars to have embraced the programs three main categories; Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness.
